Meet the people behind Punto! Consultancy

We believe that clarity is the point around which any communication strategy revolves. The right story, told in the right way, builds brand loyalty and confidence.

Elevate your brand

Punto! Consultancy was born on the desire to simplify the relationship among corporations, brands, people, and advocacies and the audience. Founded on more than 20 years of collective experience from different industries, bound by a shared vision, knowledge, and skills to achieve objectives.

Punto! begins with data converted into strategy, translated into core narratives via production, media relations, digital strategy, and public relations, and executions.

What’s the point? We fully understand your need for a trustworthy and reliable partner.

Doris Jimenez

CEO & Founder

With a wine glass in one hand and her phone in the other, Doris Jimenez is the woman you call when things go sideways. She’s known for making her clients’ problems her cheese for that wine—tackling every challenge with taste, calm, and razor-sharp strategy. The kind of person you need in your contacts, because in times of crisis, she’s your anchor in the middle of the storm. And just a friendly reminder: no one is ever truly safe from a crisis.

As the Founder and CEO of Punto Consultancy, Doris is both strategist and firestarter. She leads with sharp vision, bold execution, and an unwavering refusal to play small. “No” simply isn’t in her vocabulary—only decisive moves, smart solutions, and sky-high standards that keep rising with every project. At Punto, she cuts through the noise, builds narratives that demand attention, and ensures every message hits where it matters. High standards? Always. But for Doris, that’s just baseline.

Stephanie Ongkiko

PR Head & Co-founder

Steph has always believed in the power of stories—to uncover truth, spark change, and connect people. As Punto Consultancy’s resident journalist, she brings nearly six years of broadcast news experience, where she learned to write fast, think sharp, and listen deeply. Whether crafting a press release, building a narrative, or interviewing someone for the tenth time that day, Steph knows how to find the heart of the story—and translate it into compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

Outside her professional work, Steph wears many hats. As a content creator, she transforms everyday moments—be it a new café find, a brand launch, or a late-night thought—into stories that resonate. She blends journalism with creativity to craft content that’s both meaningful and relatable.
At her core, Steph is guided by empathy. She pours her heart into a personal passion project: ASOsasyon at CATipunan, a small but growing effort to feed and care for stray cats and dogs in Metro Manila. This genuine compassion informs her work, allowing her to craft authentic narratives that reflect real human experiences.

Her unique blend of passion, empathy, and professionalism adds real value to Punto by ensuring every story told serves our clients’ strategic goals—helping them stand out, connect deeply, and make a meaningful impact.

Denise Bagtas

Marketing Head & Co-Founder

Denise treats Punto like her firstborn — nurtured with care, built with intention, and raised on a foundation of empathy and purpose. As one of the firm’s co-founders, she has always put people first, believing that when the team thrives, the work speaks volumes. Her leadership style is deeply rooted in sincerity, creativity, and the quiet strength of showing up — consistently and wholeheartedly.

A year into running Punto, Denise became a mom in the literal sense — and everything shifted. After more than a decade of pouring herself into her career, she feared she might not be able to manage the load. That becoming a mother might make others question her fire. But instead of slowing her down, motherhood sharpened her focus and deepened her sense of purpose.

Today, she juggles motherhood and management with grace, grit, and humor — often saying, “Sometimes I’m changing diapers, sometimes I’m changing lives. Sometimes chasing a toddler, most of the time chasing dreams and deadlines.”

At Punto, Denise helped shape a culture where “we got you” isn’t just a catchphrase — it’s a promise.
And if she can keep a tiny human named Hope alive and thriving, trust that she can bring any brand or bold idea to life.

Jan Ashley Reyes

Digital Manager

Ashley is Punto’s digital manager—aka the guy who makes sure your content gets seen, clicked, shared, and served to the right audience before you can say “boost post.” From decks to ad buys, he runs the back end of the internet with the calm of a surgeon and the taste of a streetwear stylist.

A certified sneakerhead with a soft spot for clean fits and loud campaigns, Ashley treats every brand like a runway—every asset styled, every post timed, and every peso optimized. Whether he’s cooking up engagement on Meta or making your CPMs drop like the next SNKRS app L, Ashley keeps the numbers looking as crisp as his outfit.

You’ll rarely catch him off-beat: headphones on, dashboard open, and a fresh pair of kicks in rotation. In short—he doesn’t just manage digital. He wears it.

If Ashley weren’t building campaigns, he’d probably be curating fits full-time or starting a resale empire. For now? He’ll settle for making your reach goals look easy.

Gian Carla Guerrero

Sales & Client Relationship Manager

This beauty is a beast when it comes to research, social media digging and finding what your client needs (or what your frenemies had for breakfast).

Let not her falsies fool you, for this hot momma bear is armed with more than 14 years of experience in media and events. A creative thinker and fierce resourceful warrior who helps execute and track the progress of clients’ requirements — even when her nail polish is wet.

Prior to Joining Punto, she also handled sales and organized events for PeopleAsia magazine for almost a decade.

In her free time, this proud single momma watches slasher films and true crime documentaries like they’re rom coms. But don’t worry, she has an NBI clearance — and all her exes still live, we think.

Jeff Cagampang

Key Account Lead

As a former corporate client, Jeff brings a clear understanding of what companies and their brands need—and how to deliver it. Since joining the team, he’s been entrusted with corporate accounts, leading communications strategy, rolling out plans, and crafting narratives that help clients tell their stories with clarity and purpose—the Punto way.

With a love for sports (especially badminton), Jeff brings an active energy to work—competitive when it counts, always collaborative. A true sport in every sense—on the court or in life—he’s not easily brought down, always adaptable, and naturally a team player.

He thrives on challenges and never shies away from unfamiliar ground—especially when it means helping the team move forward. A teammate through and through—driven, adaptable, and always ready to level up.

Rocky Nacpil

Creative Lead

“Hanggang gwapo lang naman ‘yan.” (“He’s only handsome.”)

Oh, you sweet, misinformed soul.
Rocky is not just a heartthrob—he’s a phenomenal graphic designer with a killer eye for clean, precise, scroll-stopping visuals. As Punto’s creative lead, any content you throw his way—be it a reel, a carousel, or an impromptu meme—gets the Rocky glow-up: sleek, bold, and ready to grab attention.

His secret? What we can only describe as undiagnosed OCD (emphasis on the undiagnosed)—which explains the pixel-perfect alignment and obsessive attention to detail in every piece.

So, if you think this guy’s just serving face? Think again. He serves visuals. Period.

Ram Jacinto

Lead Writer

Ram is a self-proclaimed beach boy—though you might want to ask him when he last actually saw the ocean. A budding journalist, he has a particular flair for the health beat, with a passion for telling stories that humanize wellness in all its forms.

An introvert at heart, Ram brings a deeply personal touch to his essays and lifestyle features. His writing is thoughtful, introspective, and often laced with his signature dry humor. But don’t be fooled—beyond the quiet demeanor is a multi-skilled creative. Thanks to his time at Punto, Ram has picked up a wide range of skills, from social media management to (basic) graphic design, making him a true jack of all trades—you can even make him sing and dance for a price.

Fun fact: When he’s not writing, Ram moonlights as a licensed speech-language pathologist—likely the root of his love for health journalism. Got a patient with communication or swallowing issues? Ram’s your guy.

Nestle Dela Merced

Key Account Lead

Nestle de la Merced is Punto’s socmed girlypop — matcha in hand, ring light and tripod on standby, Canva always open.

She started in print, found her footing in digital, and got sharpened by Punto, where strategy met storytelling. Now she builds stories that connect, spark, and stay.

She’s the chaos engine behind viral reels: chasing people for content (lovingly, but consent optional), testing TikTok audios like an Eras Tour setlist, and posting meme-core feminism in pastel fonts.

Her feed? Drag Race memes, algorithm panic, and unsolicited essays on the Justin–Hailey–Selena triangle (yes, she has a thesis) and whether or not Sabrina Carpenter is mother.

She’ll probably turn this bio into a reel. With audio. And transitions.
50% political, 75% delulu, 100% f-digital.
Math is not the point.
